Kaza Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our") develops iOS applications. This policy explains what information our apps collect and how it is handled.

Our general approach is simple: we build our apps so that as little personal information as possible ever leaves your device. Where a feature genuinely requires data collection, this policy explains exactly what is collected and why.

Our apps do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details inside the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Content you create in our apps — such as notes, reminders, habits, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It stays on your device unless you choose to sync or back it up through services you control, such as iCloud.

We cannot read the content you store locally in our apps.

Apps distributed on the App Store are delivered through Apple's platform, which is subject to Apple's own privacy policy. If an app uses a paid subscription or purchase, that transaction is processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.

Our apps do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. If this ever changes for a specific app, that app's App Store privacy label and this policy will be updated before the change ships.

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Because our apps do not maintain user databases, we generally hold no personal data about you. If you contact us for support, we will only keep the information you choose to send us for as long as needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will also be reflected in the affected app's App Store privacy label.
