Terms of Use

By downloading or using any iOS application published by Kaza Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Apps obtained through Apple's App Store are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where these terms are silent, the Standard EULA applies. Where these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these terms apply.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps, except as permitted by applicable law.

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or interfere with the apps or any related services.

Content you create in our apps — notes, reminders, journal entries, and similar material — remains yours. It is stored locally on your device; see our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for the content you choose to store in, or transmit through, our apps.

If an app offers optional purchases, they are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled under Apple's terms. We do not receive your payment card details.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaza Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the apps.

To the extent Apple is not the party providing the app, Apple is not responsible for any warranties or claims relating to the apps.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of an app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
